I also have an agent tip for you. I see people asking other new players if they need help ALL THE TIME. I know it is nice to help, but you should let them ask you. That way, they don't feel pressured. What reall y bugs me is that people do it when there are agents and moderators around. I don't want to be rude, but to me, that is annoying to see them do it JUSt when an agent/mod is in the premises. Like I said, let the new guys ask for help on their own.
